Hugo-winning fanzine editor James Bacon (he/him) has volunteered in a variety of capacities with conventions throughout Europe. He chaired the 2019 Worldcon held in Dublin.

Kris Snyder (they/them) is a New England-based convention organizer and volunteer who has served as division head at several Worldcons.

Jesi Lipp (they/them) is a convention volunteer with nearly twenty years of conrunning experience, and more than a dozen as staff for Worldcon, including serving as a division head in 2016 and 2022.
